How Do Our Estate Sales Work?
Putting an event together can feel overwhelming, especially after a loss of someone. How We Work.
- Meet with you to go over what is for sale and what is not
- Sign a contract for all agreed upon items
- Set a sale date
- 1 - 2 weeks prior to the sale date we set up and price everything
- Post the sale on several sites
- Post a few larger more expensive items for sale on several sites
- Post signs the day of the sale
- Host the sale Friday, Saturday, and Sunday usually
- Close out your account and distribute the agreed upon settlement.
- Clear out the remaining items.
- If you need a referral for a realtor we can provide that also.
